Re: Anglesey 13th and 14th 2022 Review

I must admit the Atom was very impressive on the track. It was clear in the first 30 seconds that it had the potential to go around the circuit quite a lot faster than the Nomad. No surprises there! Maybe I could get some sticky tires to Narrow the gap, but that would change the character. The botto...

Re: Anglesey 13th and 14th 2022 Review

I thought I might be a bit out of place in the Nomad , but no at all , everyone was very welcoming and interested in the car, and it wasn’t too far off the pace either. I can’t claim to be the person...

Re: Installing tunes in a Nomad

I use Apple AirPod pros , they work well for noise cancellation and listening to music, but you can’t really make phone calls above 50mph as the mic does not work well in the wind.

You have to stamp on the brakes pretty hard to get the wheels to lock. It took a while to get the balance right so the fronts just locks first ,but it ha...

Re: 5555 MILE Review

I will start a thread on the semi-active suspension when I have a bit time. There are a few things that are yet to be sorted, so I am keen to get those sorted before I can wholeheartedly recommend it to other owners. I will be happy to share my experience to date. I went for the Tractive R-Ace syste...

Re: 5555 MILE Review

After reading this thread I thought it was time to make my first post ever and hopefully make a contribution to the discussion. I have owned my Nomad for just over a year and have done ~3500 miles. Not bad in a year when the opportunity to go places has been limited. But then again it is a new toy s...
