Re: US Atom: Roll Call - Who's Active?
Atom 3S owner here in Connecticut at 06032. I may have the only Atom in my state or all of New England. Would like to confirm that. Never saw another although I heard there is a doctor in my town who owns one but keeps it at his Florida residence. Mine is tucked away for the winter. Dean

Re: Clutch sometimes releases while pedal down
Thanks for the pictures. The Atom 3S model has a Honda K24Z7 engine. Yeah, that clutch bleeder valve does look difficult to get to. I hope it is somewhat easier on mine. Anyone have a photo or diagram for those? I have ordered the new cylinder so will probably attack this soon.

Re: Clutch sometimes releases while pedal down
@33Bravo, Thanks for the part number! Also thanks for confirming that you had the same problem! Good to know before I start digging into it. TMI did get back to me and suggested a new cylinder. I see that Tilton also sells rebuild kits which include a new piston for $27. Might go that way too. In an...

Re: Clutch sometimes releases while pedal down
Thanks. There really is not much else that could happen other than the seals leaking internally but I don't know where the fluid would go. It is a puzzle. I have emailed TMI Autotech in Virginia to see if they know who makes the racing pedals and cylinders. The other problem is I can't see how much ...

Clutch sometimes releases while pedal down
In my 2017 Atom 3S the heavy duty clutch has slowly developed a strange problem. (Now 10K miles on Atom.) It happens only about once or twice per hour of drivinig: When the pedal is being held down but trans is in gear, like at a stop light, the car starts to creep forward as the clutch starts to en...

Atom 3S here. Just discovered this North American section of the Ariel.club. Are we going to see a seperate website some day? Saw a mention of it above. I think I have the only Atom in Connecticut other than a doctor who keeps his in Florida.

Re: Ariel Atom 3.5R owners?
Thanks Autobackup from Cyprus. The 3S also has the side pods. The left one is the turbocharger intercooler and the right one is half of the radiator cooling system. The other half is up in front as usual.

Re: Ariel Atom 3.5R owners?
I am in the USA and have a US made 2017 Atom 3S which has an Accura/Honda 2.4 liter turbocharged engine and 365 HP. I am curious if this is the same setup for the Atom 3.5R which is made in GB. Please list the specs on the 3.5R. Thanks.

Re: Joining the Atom club!
The full windscreen is THE way to go unless you enjoy a helmet. I can drive on the highway with a baseball cap and not even have it blow off my head. It really makes the car civilized. And the clear (or tinted) side panels make the car feel a bit more cozy too.

How is this for an Atom plate? All you British Top Gear fans will get it.
Here in the US there are a surprising number of people who know
what it means too. But most here have never even seen an Atom.

Denmark charges $100K US to register a car???? That is beyond crazy. For god sakes, move somewhere else! In the US I registered my Atom 3S for $200.

The website mentioned above does not list the Atom. Anyone have a link to that cover specifically?

Re: Other Forums slanted towards the US
Thanks everyone for the update. I have visited the page that John Scherrer posted an image of on 2 different browsers and 2 different computers and the Post New Thread box is missing in all. This is a fault of mismanagement or neglect I would guess but it does explain why there are no NEW members si...
