Went to pick up my AA 3.5 yesterday (after having clutch changed and service / MOT). Got a really good tour of the place by Luke from the service dept. What a brilliant place. I got to meet Jim who built my car 5 years ago! If you have not been and can get a visit booked in, I would highly recommend...

Interesting is the AA will recover you from a track day following mechanical failure (not a crash).

The RAC recovered mine, but that was only after some serious blagging / begging. They turned down a Porsche that had caught fire. He ended up paying to get his car recovered.

I feel your pain. You were lucky the AA did anything with your car from a track. The RAC wont touch it.
