I’m looking for the mechanical handbrake kit for an Atom 3/3.5 with Alcons

I'm experiencing exactly the same thing and will fit a plated LSD for this reason. I'm running a stock Torsen (which acts the same as your Quaife) and when the inside wheel gets unloaded there is no power going to the outside wheel either.

I bought some Ohlins TTX with track springs for my Atom 3. I installed them on the car but could not reach the desired ride heights - pushrods are bottoming out and the car is still 15mm too high. Turns out the throttle body motor (operating the butterfly valve) was broken. I bought a second hand throttle body and swapped it in, and the car is running fine again.
