Atom 4 - Build and Collection
I know that you're going to hate me for saying this but as you've gone for such a nice spec, I'd consider the CF light covers. From inside the car you look at the back of the dash an back of the front lights predominately. The CF ones are quite a lot less bulky looking than the standard ones. Varia...

Re: Atom 4 fuel gauge
From Steve Hi Alan Dash reset With the ignition on, press the M (menu) button left of the display, while holding it down, press the S (select) button right of the display. TRIP RESET will be displayed, then press S, which will zero the trip. Note, if you don’t put a mile on then, and the ignition...

Re: Atom 4 fuel gauge
My original 3.5 dash had a reset, I'd contact Steve every time I wanted to use it, far too complicated for an old man. The new dash is much easier. A Young people cant recall either...had to look it up in the unofficial book everytime[emoji1787] ....so far no one has offered how to do it. Sent from...

Re: Atom 4 fuel gauge
Depending on whether you turn left or right on a roundabout, the fuel gauge can vary from -5l to +25l. I'd reset the trip each time you fuel. On road, top up every 170/ 180 miles or so? On track, every 100 (or less). Depends on your style of driving, for each. Cheers, Hedge Havent found the trip re...

Re: Atom 4 fuel gauge
I did some man maths a few years ago in the Nomad (52L tank apparently). https://www.ariel.club/forum/viewtopic.php?f=54&t=17150 What I discovered was... a) You can go round a roundabout for 400+ miles and b) I'm better off leaving the maths to my wife. She can make 6 + 3 = 9; and divide 18 by ...

Re: Atom 4 fuel gauge
Interesting. So i guess it may be that way deliberately to not allow fuel surge. 0% means fill up at track....ill do an extra 50miles or so and then refill. See how much goes in.

Atom 4 fuel gauge
Filled up a few times and starting to note how much I’m putting in. Fuel gauge says 0% but only takes 26litres. [emoji848] spec sheet says 40 litre tank??? My maths is ok but this does not add up. Whats everyone else’s experience?
