Mine got rusty when it lived outdoors for a few years. I found that black smooth hammerite (‘smoothrite’?) works well on the wishbones and pushrods but the driveshafts seem to be made of a different metal, the hammerite didn’t ‘take’ properly and chipped off quite quickly. Great run out today, Winchester - Devizes - Newbury. 10 Atoms and a Lotus was a fantastic turnout, the weather was great and even though we had traffic in a few places it didn’t affect the best bits of road, which was great!
