Re: Le Mans 24h - 15/16 June 2019

Yes, somebody said there was some motor racing going on nearby! I was a bit busy eating, drinking and talking bull**it to notice! :roflp: If it wasn't for the Corvettes, I dont think we would have heard the cars at night! No seriously, I'm really looking forward to next year and it would be great to...

Le Mans - www.spiritofclubvalan.com

For anybody still thinking of going to Le Mans this year, or in the future, can I put a plug in for a camp site I seem to have become a part owner of! ::) https://www.spiritofclubvalan.com A group of us from our village stayed there last year only to find out that the owners were retiring. After a l...

Thanks Alan. I should have noted the model you were talking about!

Re: GoPro Bracket

I’ve been planning to fit one of these systems for the forthcoming season so given the sudden clement weather, I suppose I’d better pull my finger out. I was thinking of installing the forward facing camera in the top of the air intake behind the grill. Not too sure where to fit the rear facing one ...

Re: A303 and detectors

8 years without a ticket and the bloody A303 gets me again. SP30 and £100 fixed penalty from a mobile camera 491 metres away. I've programmed a route to Crewkerne avoiding the A303 completely, adding 15 miles and 1/2 an hour, I'll report back. Does anybody have any experience of a laser detector an...

Re: Garage car lift

I bought the A242 from https://twinbusch.co.uk £1200 inc VAT and collected from Kettering on a car trailer. Luckily my garage is 3m high although I had to modify the width to make it fit. I believe they now sell a narrower version. Rear pads locate on the engine bay tube joint and I use a couple of ...
