What Atom do you have? 3, 3.5 or 4

The 4R will be a lot quicker than the old V8 around a track. The chassis is far better and handling is on another level. You will have no chance on modifying the 4R as ECU is locked and also cannot be changed due to dash and gearbox setup.

After over 11 years of owning Atoms (On my 3rd one now) I can very happily say no they never loose there excitement on the road. The Atom 4 is incredibly civilised on the road if you want it to be. I always book at least an 10 hour drive each year. Get yourself one, you will love it both on the road...

I would suggest the only place for that would be the Ariel Factory. Suggest you give them a call

Worth every penny. Had them on all 3 of my atoms. Only takes 10 mins to take them off, so I tend to use them in the winter or if weather is not great and then take them off it is is going to be really hot. Well worth it but dont expect they stay mint for long as they do scratch very easily

Depends on what you are going to use the car for. If just for road driving then you can get away with nearly anything with closed face. If you are planning on doing track days then suggest you go for a proper motorsport helmet with a hans device attachment.

I would speak to the factory and see what they say. It will need the lights put back on.

Now on my 2nd Atom 4, what I will say is overheating issue is sorted so don't worry about that. There are a few decent ones for sale but always check with the factory regarding the history. It will all depend on your budget, Ohlims are worth it, obviously the 350bhp is a must, Sequential is superb, ...

10 Atom 4's at Spa and Zolder last week. None overheated and some of them are being driven really hard. Issue is certainly resolved.
