Re: Atom 4 - dashboard fogging

This one is new to me, so I asked in the atom 4 owners whatsapp group (which you are welcome to join) and there are some owners who have experienced this on early morning or rainy drives and it cleared up on itself…not to helpfull maybe if you have send the part out allready

Re: Atom 4R HP limitations?

I didn't realise the chassis improvements on the 4 had made such a huge difference to the grip of the car, but i see theirs only one second difference between the V8 and the 320hp 4 on the top gear fast lap times. So your definitely right. I cant wait to see a comparisons when top gear get a 4R to ...

Re: Rough track fuel usage on Atom 4

If you're worried about fuel consumption, don't ever switch to E85 (high ethanol) fuel. During my first track day at Road Atlanta I was mystified when my Brammo Ecotec started running poorly before the end of a 30 minute session. It's running a 2.8 pulley, 60lb injectors, and HPTuner software. I lo...

Watch this space!
Will there ever be a cheaper alternative set of wings for the 4? For me it doesnt even have to be carbon, I’m happy with a painted set🤔

Re: Stick with 888Rs or ...

I have the same use and I was totally surprised by the endless grip of the a052’s compared to the zzr I had on the previous car. Even when cold the front axcle has grip always. I went through one set of rears in 4000km incl 5 trackdays. Also keep an eye out for the nankang cr-s, they look exactly li...

Re: A4 vs earlier models. Newbie questions.

I’ve had the atom 2 and 3.5 with stock seats and tillets in the 3.5 and the seats are like moulded to my body, perfect, even better than the tillets. So yeah, different shapes👌🏻 I cant believe you have less comfort in the 4, have you tried dialing the ohlins down to softest setting? With that settin...

Re: Keeping an Atom outside under a Cover

I wouldnt keep the atom in a moist environment. The rod ends and all kinds of other parts love to rust or get to look oxidated. I need to keep on top of it even on a new car which doesnt see any rain in a heated garage…cant think how it would look after some time outside with all the moist creeping ...

Re: Fuel gauge again!

What Phil says, this IS accurate by Ariel standards. You can rely on it to say empty every time at this point.
They dont want you to hoon until further than that, I even heard Ariel suggests on track to stay above 25%
