Re: Canvas roof
Yes, it is easy and quick to fit. What you describe is actually the main reason for wanting a cover for the Nomad. I had several instances with kids and adults thinking it was OK to climb on and in the Atom!

Re: Canvas roof
A couple more of the hood from inside. The rear is tensioned by straps with velcro loops around the frame. The front is fixed by slotting a loop of material between frame and screen into which is inserted 2 rods. IMG_20220713_174519767.jpg IMG_20220713_174530718.jpg Hope this helps anyone looking fo...

Re: Canvas roof
I’ve had a hood and storm cover made for my Nomad this week and very happy with the results. Hood was £470 in black mohair and cover £460 in 4oz pu nylon. Re: British Motor Museum/Jaguar Heritage day out - Gaydon
Hi all, plan is to get there by 10 or so. Weather is looking great for the weekend. We can meet at the venue if that suits or arrive together? I’ll be travelling up from just south of Oxford, what are everyone’s preferences? Happy to meet on route to BMM. I’m coming from North Cotswolds so would us...

Re: The curious case of the Atom 4 brakes
Spoke to Steve about this when I dropped the Nomad off for a service as it has APs with the same issue. He did explain they manually bleed the brakes by pumping rather than pressure or vacuum. They also push each piston out in turn to fully extend the dust seal. So far so good but only driven it c10...

Re: British Motor Museum/Jaguar Heritage day out - Gaydon
I was at the BMM on Tuesday donating to their archive so took the opportunity to ask about car club visits. The website has details of reduced entry for 12+ visitors, display parking and private tours of the collection centre and main museum https://www.britishmotormuseum.co.uk/plan-your-visit/car-c...

Re: Canvas roof
Thanks, I have been quoted £300-£400 by a local company, who are having the car in July. Ollie, who started this, is also looking into one. At least we now have more options.

Very neat and looks secure. Looks like it wraps around in a double skin with zips and velcro? Did they take a template to replicate and how much?
