I don't know when it was added; I hadn't noticed it till now.

under "Can I register..."

"Transport Canada does not consider the Ariel Atom 3 to be eligible for road registration within Canada."

(oh, and unless Atombmb has an update, Minnesota should be removed from the sticky registration FAQ under North American Atoms.)
