At the moment the weather forecast for next Sun 30th is looking quite promising.

Anybody up for a blast?

Then, again on 14 Oct. it would be good to catch up with Bruce!

Chris

As a very infrequent visitor to the forum nowadays, I thought I'd mention that October 14th is a 96 Club meet if anyone would like to come

You'd all be most welcome (as before)

Beverages and bacon rolls (and bogs) in Belgravia!

Any time after 9:00am and before lunch

Still keen on another greasy breakfast at Ace Cafe before the Summer is out.

I'm about most Sundays, looking for excuses...

Yes lets revive it!
No not the 23rd, clashes with the Devon Dash weekend!

The weatherman says we have a couple of weeks of the current CO2 shortage / potential hosepipe ban before all hell breaks loose.

Is this still a current idea Sir Nick?

FWIW, I'm planning a London blast this coming Sunday with the girl-child. Nothing planned as such, just an early start to hit the roads and spend an hour screaming through London.

She gets to see the scaffolding surrounding Big Ben. I get to hit 70 down The Mall towards Buck House, before braking hard and showing my sorry face to the police. The wife thinks I am being a good father figure. We all win.

Then it's back to watching Sir Cliff entertaining the crowds at Wimbledon during the rain...

I've been travelling a LOT recently. I'd love to do MSG but I still can't commit I'll be in the UK. If I'm around - I might swing by to say hello for the day if that's OK?

Cheers

Chris

Well it's time we woke up the city!

Who would be interested on a sunny Sunday? Lets start a list and then fire out some dates (May is full for me so I would be looking at June):

Sir Nick
Ian (Exaust as well 😁)

June 24th?

It meets once a month. So yes, but not June (and it also takes a break over the Summer, so I'd need to check other second Sundays...)

That's a great idea Bruce. But it clashes with Super Car Sunday at Siverstone and a number of us have committed to that. Is there anther day for the 96 club?

Make it June 10 and you could pop in on the 96 Club again...
