It’s clunky but as you pass through the pin on the route you just have to press next and it will start navigation to the next pin.

Cheers, not just me then!

I have tried the pins before but it stopped navigation at that point and I had to restart the route each time which was annoying, I'm on Android.

You have to drop pins along the route by adding additional stops. Otherwise google will always default to the fastest route.

If you've got an iPhone it probably won't work!

Being thick?

Hi All,

I am trying to plan a route to the factory from Devon and am using Google Maps on my laptop. I have modified the route by dragging the line to create a more interesting one but when I try to share it to my phone it reverts back to the dull default routes.

How do I send the revised one to my phone as I can't seem to modify it on my phone directly.

Any help or other route planners that allow you to do a dot to dot route would be appreciated.

Michael
