Black roof bars fitted, dynamic indicators fitted, black rear VW badge fitted and silver Transporter badges removed. The sportline front bumper and rear spoiler are ready to be painted, along with gloss black grill with red stripe and black VW badge and black trapezoid side bars.

I seem to remember them being 6 foot, or did I make that up???
I have to undo them and lower them behind each seat to get the car into the garage.

There's lots left to do...sportline front bumper/rear spoiler, side bars, LED headlights/rear lights, stereo and components, sound deadening and carpeting in the rear and leather retrim. Quick way to spend £10k...so it'll take a while to do it all especially as it's 'only' the family car.

Graham, it drives very differently to a car but the coilovers has changed it completely. No floating around corners or bouncing over bumps. The remap has taken it from 150bhp to 190bhp and a chunk more torque. I'd definitely have a look at a caravelle, if you're looking for a motor home, but its pricey for what it is.

Don't comment on the bikes...apparently I've hit my N+1 level!

I got told that the wife's A3 wasnt practical enough...so I got her a VW Transporter Kombi 6 seat 150...and then put 20s on it, bilstein coilovers and remapped it. It's so much fun but I may have to sell a kidney as the shopping list to modify it is rather long.
