Original Brammo shift knob?

Does anyone know if the original Brammo shift knob was an off the shelf part?

Also, does anyone HAVE one of the originals that you no longer want/need?

(I sold/bought back my atom, and in the interim, the knob was replaced, and the interim owner no longer has the original).
