Yes defo spec the stainless steel fixings and stainless brake and clutch line fixings. These 23 bolts are just the "body work" bolts, so very cosmetic low stress bolts, pure eye candy apart from the steering wheel being bolted to the quick release boss of course - this is pretty important
When you spec the stainless steel fittings, this includes all the bolts, nuts and washers for everything including for example; push rods, suspension wishbones, the camber tie rods on the rear, engine bolts etc etc.
