10 to 12 psi front, 14 to 16 psi rear (cold) is a good starting point for A048s.

Soft compound front, medium rear.

Also the front tyres should be softer than the rears. On A048's I believe the standard is 16-19psi front-rear. That what I use on my Atom2.
@Peter255 what do you mean with softer?
Different in typre pressure front and rear or diff in rubber compound front and rear.

I phoned the factory about this in October, because the German dealer was not even aware of this option. At that time they unfortunately only offered this change locally.

Sorry, I don't know the answer - best call the factory to check.

You could also get a remap to 310 bhp !  :vroom:

Sounds good. Is that correct that I have to send my ECU to factory?

Some more upgrades for my atom built in 2010 available?

About the steering upgrade.
Is it possible that the factory sell and send me the upgrade and a professional garage like http://www.raeder-motorsport.de/index.html will fix it in the car?

What do you talk about steering upgrade?
I don't know what items I have to upgrade and where/what I get it. Can I change it myself or I have to drive to factory with the atom?

Can you explain it for me please?
Thanks.

I don't know much more about it as I have Atom 2. Some threads below may help explain. It is a visit to factory

Yeah, it sounds to me that I have to go to factory.
LOL only 1200 km one-way.  >:D
Need the car some more other upgrade?
I'm afraid because I have to kill my piggy bank.  :'(

You mean this company? http://www.raeder-motorsport.de/index.html
Do you know them?
Wow, that's 400 km away. Do they 'fix' it in one day, so I can drive to Meusopath and wait until they are working and drive back in the evening?
If so they are professionals and maybe very expensive? Do you know how much Euro I have to put on the table?
Yes that is exactly the company i was talking about.
Better talk to them about price and the time they require to do it properly!
Best possibility to take the Atom out for a spin on the Nordschleife as you are there anyway. The company building is only 3-4km away from the main entrance of the nos.
On my last car they did the geo alignment. To check if everything feels right for me i tested it on the Nordschleife. Fun + you can report back how the car feels driving it a bit quicker as you hopefully do official streets. Afterwards the did some more tweaking and i tested it again.
Time consuming but the way to go if you want the best possible result.
For better understanding I send you a PM in German.

@smokin thank you very much for knowledge sharing.
And I see that's nothing for a rookie like me.

If the road is not in good condition the car is very twitchy
What can I do here?
If your car hasn't already had the factory steering upgrade then I suspect that will fix this problem. Among other changes, I believe the rack is shimmed (possibly to correct bump steer) but others with Atom 3 will know better than I

In Germany I can recommend Raeder Motorsport. Not just for Atoms but in general for all kind of fast and/or racing cars.
They do have plenty of experience in doing setups for street or track.
But first of all you have to tell them what the car should behave when you will drive it. It depends on your driving style and preferences.

In my opinion a good Nordschleife setup works also very good on streets.
