Note to future Dawn Raid planners: Constitution Hill and The Mall are *always* closed on Sundays 

If you don't already have them, I'd recommend getting helmets for motorway/long trip/early start/unexpected rain! They don't need to be expensive ones necessarily, it's to keep rain/insects/stones off your face, not like you'll be at risk of sliding head-first across the tarmac...

As you might have noticed, I pick and choose helmet/shoggles depending on the situation

Splendid day out for our first real trip out in the Atom. Thanks to all and it was good to meet you.
Big respect to Bod & Nick for their "epic" run all the way from Bristol. I know it was a Sunday afternoon tootle for you hardened enthusiasts. We'll have to toughen up a little and leave the trailer at home. It will also save a bit of a hassle! Chris G & Ewan.
