Here are some photo's from the event I,stoped taking photos half way through the day.  The weather was good for me on the Friday, but it rained for the Saturday and Sunday.  I hope Ultrasound had a good time in the wet.

By the way, do you know how much of Texas is west of Big Stone Gap?  I myself cannot say precisely, but it is a LOT!

John, unfortunately you won't see [i]me[/i] in person, but you have a chance to meet my virtual identity on this forum in the flesh as [i]she[/i] will take part in the Goodwood Festival of Speed this year ;)

In any case, have an enjoyable day at the Goodwood Festival of Speed and, provided you take up the chance, report back about your encounter with [i]her[/i] afterwards :-*

On Friday night went and watched the horse racing at Goodwood.  At the end, to speed up exit from the car park,  we were sent down the actual Festival hillclimb road!!  What a thrill even though I was stuck in a line of traffic going 10mph it was great to be on the course as it was already for next week with all the hay bales and stands already set up.  Big grin moment as it was totally unexpected.  ;D  ;D
