No, exhibitors camp is all in the same area, there are shower blocks and toilet blocks in the camping area although they are the standard portacabin style blocks, not had any complaints yet as they are checked very frequently for condition.
you take your car with you in the evening to the campsite and dont leave it in car club area.
Rocket man you don't have to be a club member you can come as an individual entry and i will put you with the Atom club if there are no objections lol

Russ, as exhibitors, are we in a separate camping area. Decent toilets and shower facilities? I have never been but it reads well and I know people that rate the event highly.

I'd like to go but somebody booked that week off at work, so it's out for me.... Bugger because it looks a grand event, maybe next year.

Yeah, probably camp. Get on the A40 out to Cheltenham, then head up the Welsh border (or just into Wales) on the better roads. Taking the two days holiday so close to the Pyrenees two week break might be tricky, but I could find a way.

It reads like a good event. Would you camp Steve. And the route, make for the Welsh border and head North?

I might be interested in this. It's close to the Pyrenees trip, but what the hell. We could do a nice run up, if it was well plotted.

I am very tempted but it is very close to other things I am doing with the club so I am holding back.

It sounds a great event and a good weekend away. I don't know why these things are not supported by our friends in the north, it is the same with carfest, it is supported in the south but not up there?

Good luck Russ.

Julian

For the record, this is a SUPERB event - probably my favourite one of the year.  Very relaxed, a bit like Goodwood FOS on a smaller scale with a more 'clubby' feel.

It's a beautiful location with some very interesting cars and motorcycles, a lot of older stuff as well.

And the Cholmondely Arms has around 200 different types of gin  ;D

I don't know the answers to some of the questions above. The invitation is to display Atoms inside or outside the track.

The contact is Julie Sawyer 01829 772432.

julie.sawyer@cpop.co.uk.

There is also a post from Highflyer (Russ) under General Discussion about this event and appears to be an organiser.

Suggest someone takes it on board and get a list going. Russ is offering free entry.

Regards

Julian

Russ' post now added to this one.
