that chopper simulation on your TL1 looked as close to real as it could ever get -  im guessing if it had the necessary hardware that 3d might also be possible? or is that the next step?
absolutely epic!

Thanks Stew
Personally, i really do not like 3D but we could run 3D in the TL1 if that is what somebody requires as lower cost projectors today will run 3D.  We find that the immersive nature of the screen provides you with a depth of field without the need for potential negatives of 3D. We have incorporated flight controls for a trade show we were recently at and we know the results far exceeded that of solutions costing silly money.  Based on the trade audience feedback, we know this is a viable, industry leading, compact package  solution.

Our apologies for not providing an update on here in a while.

Our current focus is production and assigning Distribution Partners around the world.  There are significant business opportunities being one of our partners.  If you have the experience, enthusiasm and capital behind you, we would be interested in talking to you.  Please drop us a line through info@motionsimulation.com

We have assigned several markets but are still seeking partners in major markets such as the USA and South America plus others.

The TL1 is not only one of the worlds most advanced racing car simulators designed for home and entertainment markets but has been designed for professional markets such as racing teams and drivers, road car driver training and flight.

Nice one Jon, great bit of PR for you.  Hopefully they'll get on in for the main studio show once you've got the full pod finished.

Cheers, Ross.

Thanks Ross
Certainly this would be nice. We have three other good tv exposure opportunities coming up (can't go into detail ) but one of them is BBC News 24 which will be viewed by 24 million people - they say a 5 minute piece which would be nice.

That's right Trigg. The best comparison is my fastest lap in the TL1 vs the mx5 race car fastest at their (claimed) 53 secs. So just 2 secs difference with semi slicks vs slicks. Quite astounding really

Best I've seen in hosted UK races I've been in are 54.0 in the Cup car round there - testament to how accurate iRacing is.  You're very lucky you've got such a great sim to run on your rig!  ;)
