FYI you are all correct - use AGM, don’t use Recond/Regen.

The Odyssey Extreme PC680 battery is an AGM style battery not a GEL battery.

Below is an extract from the CTEK MXS 7.0 manual showing that the charge mode should be set to AGM and not Normal.
- There's only a very slight difference in the charging program - 14.7 volts vs 14.4 volts (see below), so I doubt it would hurt if you did use Normal mode.

-looks like the MXS 7.0 is a bit overkill for the Ariel battery!

I got a CTEK MXS7.0 with the car last week and just wanted to confirm you use that in ‘normal’ mode with the Atom?

Steve said there was a mode *not* to use but wasn’t sure of the acronym, I think he was referring to AGM given there aren’t any others. However the battery seems to be listed as a AGM type on the Odyssey website.
